The co-chairs and faculty welcome abstract submissions for the 2019 Practical Recommendations in Immuno and Molecular Oncology (PRIMO) Meeting. Submissions must be received no later than

12:00 PM EST November 30, 2018.

2019 Abstract Submission Guidelines


All abstracts must be in the English language.


Abstracts must be submitted via e-mail to by  November 30, 2018 in .doc or .docx format. The title of the file must include the author's name (eg, Smith_PRIMO_abstract.docx). No fax or hard copy submissions will be accepted. Authors will be notified within 14 business days of submission date as to whether their abstract has been accepted. If you do not receive notification of the status of your abstract within that time frame, please contact us at


The entire abstract must fit on ONE page.

  • Paper Size: 8.5" x 11" (letter size)
  • Margins: 1" (top, bottom, left, and right)
  • Text/Paragraph Alignment: Left justify and single space
  • Font: 10 to 12 pt Times New Roman or Arial
  • Word Count: 300 words (not including the title and author information)


The abstract should include:

  • Abstract title—should be sentence case (ie, only the first letter of the title should be capitalized)
  • Author(s) name(s)— initials or first names must precede last name
  • Author's institutional affiliations including city, state, and country
  • Four distinct headers—Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions
  • The body of the abstract should be in a single paragraph. If sub-headers are used, they should be within that single paragraph and in all-caps, not bolded (ie, METHODS).


All abstract submissions are to include:

  • Submitter's first name, surname/last name, degree or profession
  • Complete mailing address—including city, state, country, and zip code
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address


Each author may submit ONE abstract for the conference. While attendance is not mandatory, PRIMO Education will provide ONE FREE registration for every accepted abstract.


The PRIMO co-chairs and faculty will NOT edit abstracts for typing, spelling, or grammatical errors. Please carefully check all text for errors before submitting your abstract.


Case reports, trials in progress, or encore abstract presentations are acceptable for submission, as long as the information is original.


Authors assume complete responsibility for the data at the time of submission.
