Hotel Reservations for Annual Meeting

A block of rooms has been reserved at the The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua in Maui for the dates of April 5- 2026 – April 12, 2026.

  • Guaranteed Reservations: Rates are not confidential and a credit card is required to hold and confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated. One night room & tax deposit at time of booking
  • Cancellation Fee: Individual room cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of a nonrefundable deposit.
  • $30 tax Resort Fee per room, per night
  • $65 tax Valet Parking per night

Room Rates

Rooms are available at the average rate of $489/night. For a maximum of up to 4 guests in a single room. The hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Check in is 4pm and Check out is 12pm

No-Show Charge:

A no-show charge of one (1) night’s room and tax will be retained as a cancellation for any individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation.
