PRIMO Education and Practical Recommendations in Immuno and Molecular Oncology (PRIMO) respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. PRIMO Education may collect personally identifiable information when you visit the website. PRIMO Education also automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. With the exception of our authorized and registered conference exhibitors, your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared.

Information Collection and Use

Personal information such as postal and e-mail address may be used internally for maintaining member records, marketing and re-marketing purposes, and alerting customers or members of additional services available. Phone numbers may also be used by PRIMO Education when questions about products or services ordered arise. With the exception of our authorized and registered conference exhibitors, your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared.

SECURITY AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Your personal information will be encrypted, meaning that your credit card number, name, and address, cannot be read over the Internet.

Your registration for the event is considered final, upon checkout. Please read all of our policies so you are aware of our refund guidelines.

 

If You Are Making a Payment by Credit Card, Please be Advised…

The address listed under the Payment Type, MUST match the “billing address” on file with your credit card company. This is a safety precaution put in place to protect you. If the address that is automatically pre- populated does not match your billing address on file with your credit card company, you will need to manually change it so that the information matches your official “billing address.” PRIMO accepts AMEX, Master Card & VISA credit card payments only.

Refund Policy

Should your schedule change and you cannot attend the event, please notify a PRIMO contact as soon as possible. Refunds for advanced cancellation may be made up until 30 days of the meeting start date, minus $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the meeting.

Event “no shows,” people who register for the event, but do not attend, will be billed for the appropriate registration amount. Registration substitutions may be made; please notify a PRIMO contact of the substitution in writing prior to the event. Fees are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes but may be deductible as a business expense.
